   A West Virginia mother was acquitted late last month after facing obstruction charges for stepping between her dog and an ******r who looked prepared to kill it.* Tiffanie Hupp, 23, ran between West Virginia State Trooper Seth Cook and her dog, Buddy, after Cook pulled a gun on the dog in May 2015. Police had reportedly confiscated his phone, but returned it without deleting the video. In the video, as seen above, Buddy comes up to the ******r and barks while wagging his tail.
