   A man riding a hoverboard opened fire on a driver in Dallas early Thursday, then fled the scene, according to local police, The Dallas Morning News reported. After the second time, the man on the hoverboard seemed angered, asking why the driver was following him. That's when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot at the driver.
