Pirates turn ******s when targeting ships at sea
   Pirates are turning to high-tech tactics on the high seas. That's according to new report (PDF) released by Verizon RISK Team, which said that Pirates have used ******s to steal the cargo of a "global shipping conglomerate" on several occasions.
