Eric Garner, John Crawford, Mike Brown and Tamir Rice ? each killed between August and **vember of 2014 ? are **w household names for millions of people largely because of the the use of social media as a tool to share stories and protests in cities nationwide. the killings haven't subsided..but the outrage has been muted.
