We already knew that Kendrick Lamar feels a deep*connection to*Compton hip-hop pioneers*N.W.A.*— "Anything that I do, at all, has come from what y’all done,"*Lamar told the group in a recent interview — and **w he's set to induct*the hip-hop legends*into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, DJ Yella, Eazy-E and MC Ren will be inducted in a ceremony on April 8 from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Cheap Trick, Chicago, Deep Purple, and Steve Miller will also be inducted.
