If you thought watching Shia LaBeouf watching his own ****** was a fun time, today is your lucky day. Shia (along with the other members of his art collective, Nastja Sأ¤de Rأ¶nkkأ¶ and Luke Turner) has cooked up a new live experiment - he's committed Himself to spending 24 hours in an elevator at Oxford University, where fans can visit him, take selfies, ask him the meaning of life, and do pretty much anything else they want. The whole thing is currently streaming live on YouTube, and while you can only see Shia when the doors open and close, you can hear everything that's taking place inside.
Once the 24 hours are up, Shia, Nastja, and Luke will give a talk at Oxford, and then they'll be going back into the elevator for a**ther 24 hours to bookend this piece of performance art. I have to say, watching the live stream is strangely addicting; though Shia seems a bit tired and low energy, he's being pretty honest and friendly with his visitors and It's intriguing to hear what people ask him (though most questions are in a similar vein to "What's been the most interesting moment of your whole life?" which is Kind of a tall order).
