The actress channeled her Inner Britney Spears as she slithered around with a live python snake for an epic performance of "I'm a Slave 4 U." Although her rendition was pretty spot-on, Josh's surprise appearance with Kaley's The Big Bang Theory costar and ex Johnny Galecki stole the show.
