Emaar opens 600ha Creekside 18 project in Dubai Emaar Properties launched its Creekside 18 residential project in The Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour. In close proximity to the Dubai International Airport and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Dubai Creek Harbour is located on a land area of 600ha, and developed by Emaar Properties as a joint venture with Dubai Holding. Creekside 18 homes open to views of the Creek, Downtown Dubai, and the mangroves of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The development comprises 480 residential units including one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. The apartments are located in two 37-storey towers. Also included in the project is a retail podium, which boasts high-end fashion brands.
