As the July 31 deadline for all Umrah Pilgrims to leave the Kingdom nears, King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) is overcrowded with hundreds of Pilgrims sitting on the floor of the waiting halls and near the packaging desks seeking flights to return home. Abdulhameed Aba Al-Uri, KAIA director, said: ?This Ramadan, we had 33,000 flights carrying over 5 million pilgrims. With thousands of Pilgrims leaving Makkah, the Grand Mosque seemed very spacious on Friday.
