Edwin Ronquillo put the exclamation point to an imperious display by team champion Taurus-Simaron by winning the men?s Masters title in the 3rd OFBC Kalayaan Cup 2015 one-day bowling tournament at the Ice Land Bowling Center here. Seventy-two players and 12 teams of six each participated in this FIQ-style competition organized by the Overseas Filipi** Bowling Club in celebration of the 117th anniversary of Phillippine Independence Day. When the dust settled, Taurus-Simaron scored a near-sweep of the seven events contested, missing only the ladies singles and ladies Masters in its five titles haul.
