**rth Korea has sent South Korea a **tice that they might strike without **tice (?), and they did it by fax — an intimidation tactic possibly designed as a show of superior NK tech**logy:

Tensions between **rth and South Korea kicked up a **tch after a threatening fax was sent from Pyongyang to Seoul on a special communications line between the two rival capitals.

In it, the **rth’s National Defense Commission warned it could strike “without **tice,” reports South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency.

Kim Jong-Un was going to send the threat by telegram but Pyongyang’s Western Union guy died in 1975.
