In total, "33 people were placed under observation in nearby hospitals", police in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate said in a statement.According to authorities, all of the festival-goers involved were "in good health" and would soon be able to leave the hospital. The incident occurred at the "Rock am Ring" music festival which draws tens of thousands of spectators every summer.The first lightning strike hit the festival early Saturday around 1 am. A second struck at around 3:30 am.
