The defendant's list for the Suge Knight trial has grown unexpectedly. Suge Knight is continuing to battle the Hit-And-Run case where he was seen killing Terry Carter, however the incident has spurred a new Lawsuit involving two of Knights former associates. According to TMZ, Carter's wife and children have filed a Wrongful Death Lawsuit claiming that his Death was caused by gang members who sparked the fight leading up to Suge Knight's fleeing the scene. Knight is unsurprisingly Named in the suit, while Dr. Dre and Ice Cube are also named.
