In a recent interview the "Stoner" rapper managed to stir up some fresh controversy dealing with his old nemesis, though he would have you think otherwise, Lil Wayne. In an interview with NDO Radio, Thugger revealed that he plans to release a Mixtape in the coming months before his album Hy!£UN35 arrives in August. As a**ther jab at Lil Wayne and Cash Money, he says he wants to name the tape Carter V because Lil Wayne hasn't dropped his album yet and is unclear on what they are doing.
