Tom Hanks proved that he's in with the hip crowd when he took a nearly effortless selfie while appearing on the Late Show With David Letterman on Monday. Tom began his appearance by engaging in small talk with the host but quickly decided he needed to document his final appearance on the show before David retires on May 20. Tom then whipped out a selfie stick and captured a cute moment between the two. Tom also revealed that his wife, Rita Wilson, banned all selfie sticks from their home but had a change of heart when she saw them being sold all over Florence, Italy.
