Ride through NYC, and he somehow made the whole outing seem effortlessly hot. The actor spent the beginning of his week
in LA with FKA Twigs, just ahead of his 29th birthday. And, while we celebrated with

absurdly hot pictures, Rob had plenty to toast to as things continue to heat up with Twigs. The
