A handicapped man was sentenced to a year and a half in prison and 100 lashes for accusing the head of Taima hospital of negligence and embezzlement on Twitter, Al-Watan reported. Sulaiman Al-Shouli said hospital patient Dolan Bin Bikheit accused him by name of the crimes. In response, Bikheit said he had been a patient at Taima hospital for the past 10 years because he was paralyzed after being injured in a road accident. ?I was in a coma for two months and was admitted to King Khalid hospital in Tabuk.
