The app uses the phone’s camera to zoom in on the scene in front, effectively addressing Near sightedness. Of course it won’t replace glasses since we can’t imagine many people willing to wear such*gear in their everyday activities. Nevertheless, similar Tech**logy may one day be compacted into a more reasonable form factor. Coupled with high end optics and image processing algorithms, we may end up with glasses that can work intelligently for*different visual conditions.
