While Giuliana Rancic's on-air comments about Zendaya Coleman's hair on Oscar night may have created the kind of controversy that made it easy for both Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin to quit Fashion Police, it was hardly the biggest problem. Griffin may have only survived 7 episodes of the show but in that time she got a pretty good idea of how ridiculous things are behind the scenes. While E! seems like it is determined to keep Rancic on the show but from the sounds of it, her insane Diva demands and insecurity definitely take a toll on everyone.
