Kathy Griffin is the second host to flee from the sinking ship that is E!'s Fashion Police. It almost seemed inevitable once she started making comments about how pathetic it is that Giuliana Rancic needs someone to write her red carpet jokes for her. It was the kind of statement that comes from someone who just Quit their job and is able to be a little More honest. Griffin confirmed her departure yesterday on Twitter, after surviving only seven episodes of Fashion Police.
