Sad news coming out of the reality television world today as it has been confirmed that Ahmad "Real" Givens has lost his Long Battle with colon cancer. He first rose to fame on VH1's I Love New York beside his brother Kamal "Chance" Givens. The two later had their own dating show on the network, Real Chance for Love and formed a rap group called The Stallionaires.Ahmad was first diag**sed with stage 4 colon Cancer back in 2013 and at the time was given only weeks to live. **t only did he survive, but he thrived until earlier this year.
