Boyhood has been getting raves for its in**vation, and by **w, you k**w that it took 12 years for the film to be completed. But there's so much more than just years that went into the making of the film, about a modest Texas family, and when Oscar-**minated star Patricia Arquette came to the annual Oscar **minees Luncheon, she revealed even more of what was so complicated about the filmmaking. Primarily, the actors couldn't be kept under contract for more than seven years - a fact that director Richard Linklater was OK with.
