Happy 51st, Brad Pitt! Here's An Extra-Special Birthday #TBT
It’s Brad Pitt’s birthday, and of course we’re celebrating (aren’t you? Isn’t everybody?). Last year we commemorated the big 5-0 with a look back at his many hairstyles, but this year, we were feeling a bit more **stalgic. (Perhaps because it’s Throwback Thursday?) In ho**r of his 51st, we decided to revisit our favorite moments from his hunky past. Share your faves with us in the comments! I was only 4 when Thelma & Louise came out, but I’ve since seen it a bajillion times. And Brad’s charming smile and southern drawl as the irresistible outlaw J.D. never gets old. (Neither does his famous shirtless scene.) It still makes me blush. But I am able to appreciate his early, cheesy modeling career. I’m partial to a particular photo of him in a neon shirt wearing a goofy hat, but since it is his birthday, I decided to revisit this delightful purple-shirted, wavy-maned shot instead.  Everett collectionCatherine Kast, Writer/Reporter: It’s hard to say whether or **t this is one of Brad’s “hottest” look, given that he’s a cold-blooded demon of the night in Interview With the Vampire, but it’s wonderful to examine the on-screen moments before Brad was a movie star. This film represents an interesting time: after the monumental Thelma and Louise shirtless scene but before blockbuster status. “I’m playing the bitch role,” he lamented to EW back in 2011 about the 1994 film. Let’s just say that hasn’t really happened since. So let’s take a second to remember the contact lenses, the makeup, the lack of tan, the sideburns … and hope that any guy we k**w **w that looks like that turns out to be an Oscar-winning dad of six married to one of the most intriguing women in the world.  ??????? ??????: Happy 51st, Brad Pitt!
