Duchess Sarah Ferguson Loses More Than 50 Lbs.: See Her Transformation

Earlier this year, she shared that she cut out sugar and adheres to a new fitness regime. “Beatrice was an 8lbs. 8oz. baby and I was only 6lb off my full-blown pregnancy weight,” she told Hello magazine. “I decided to make a change.” A former ambassador for Weight Watchers, she has battled body issues periodically during her turbulent public life. **w she is looking ahead to the new year for the next stage. She is “working on a health related project due to launch in New York,” next month, a source close to her confirms to PEOPLE. And Fergie (who produced Emily Blunt‘s Young Victoria) hinted on the red carpet that she has plans for a new movie. She still lives under the same roof as him at Royal Lodge in Windsor, and he joined her at a special party that he helped facilitate for her charity Children in Crisis in the fall. Coinciding with her 55th birthday, friends say she was buzzing with a new confidence as they celebrated the charity’s milestone 21st year.
