Spider-Man?s Tom Holland reveals why he isn?t worried about spoiling third movie

Marvel star Tom Holland has earned himself quite the reputation for his loose lips when it comes to revealing plot details.

But it appears the actor has learned his lesson, just in time for the third Spider-Man movie.

Speaking with Hey U Guys at the premiere of his new Disney Pixar movie Onwards, Holland said he knows “everything now” about Spider-Man 3 and he is experienced enough to not spill any secrets.

“I had my big pitch meeting with Marvel and Sony about two weeks ago and I know all the secrets,” Holland said.

“But I’ve also done about a thousand interviews so I know how not to spoil a movie anymore!”

Previously Holland defended himself over his spoiler reputation, claiming that co-star Mark Ruffalo was much worse.

“I’ve spoiled a few things, but Mark Ruffalo said that everybody dies at the end of Infinity War,” Holland protested.

“The thing is, no-one took him seriously. Like if I had said that, everyone would be like, ‘Yeah, it probably happens, yeah, that’s probably what happens’.

“I mean, Mark live-streamed the first 20 minutes of Thor by accident. I didn’t do that.”

Last week Holland admitted that were he given a choice, he would resurrect Iron Man over Uncle Ben (plus Peter Parker’s parents and Gwen Stacy) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“It’d have to be Tony Stark,” Holland said when asked to choose. “It’d have to be him, because I love working with Robert so much and if I could do another day with him, I would. It would be great fun.”

Spider-Man: Far From Home is available now on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download. A third Spider-Man movie starring Tom Holland has a release date of July 16, 2021.
