</p> St HelensX Factor contestant Kiera Weathers is through to the live shows of the competition. Judge Rita Ora picked three girls to go through to the next stage of the contest after they performed in Los Angeles during the Judgesâ?? Houses round. The popstar made the decision live on air tonight. Barmaid Kiera, 18, performed Show Me Love for Rita and singer Meghan Trainor, who helped to whittle the six remaining girls down to three. Speaking before her performance, Kiera said: â??Itâ??s all Iâ??ve ever wanted.â?* She added: â??Just to think I could get in those live shows and my life could just flip on its head.â?* Talking to the ECHO ahead of this weekâ??s live shows, Kiera said: â??I loved LA. It was amazing! â??Rita taught me that if things donâ??t work out this time it doesnâ??t mean itâ??s the end and that this career takes time to achieve. â??She was dropped two or three times before she signed with Roc Nation when she was 17 and didnâ??t release an album until she was 21!â?* But contestant Chloe Paige, whose family is from Liverpool , missed out on a place in the next round. The 21-year-old, who lives in Brighton, sang Erasureâ??s Give a Little Respect at Ritaâ??s LA home, but was not among the three girls chosen to go through. Contestants Louisa Johnson and Lauren Murray were also chosen to go through to the live shows.
