Russia to Let Athletes Compete in Winter Games

Russia?s Olympics authorities opted against a boycott of the 2018 Winter Games, saying they would support Athletes who choose to participate under the Olympic flag. Some Russian politicians and coaches had called for a bar on competing in response to the International Olympic Committee?s ban.
