Apartment owners are complaining of the lack of clear laws that cover their responsibilities in the residential complexes they reside in, Makkah daily reported. Such unclear laws have resulted in a large number of cases at police stations and courts, and many citizens have become reluctant to buy apartments for this reason. Lawyer and judicial consultant, Bandar Al-Amoudi, asked concerned bodies to regulate the mechanism of the Owners Union law, drafted a decade ago. He said this law was **t implemented, and that it is **t suitable at the present time, especially as it did **t legislate any clear mechanism for Apartment owners.
