Apartment ownership cases pile up at courts
 

Apartment owners are complaining of the lack of clear laws that cover their responsibilities in the residential complexes they reside in, Makkah daily reported. Such unclear laws have resulted in a large number of cases at police stations and courts, and many citizens have become reluctant to buy apartments for this reason. Lawyer and judicial consultant, Bandar Al-Amoudi, asked concerned bodies to regulate the mechanism of the Owners Union law, drafted a decade ago. He said this law was **t implemented, and that it is **t suitable at the present time, especially as it did **t legislate any clear mechanism for apartment owners.
