Verizon and Hearst have joined forces to buy Complex media, a digital operation founded in 2002 by designer Marc Ecko that focused*on content primarily for the young male.*
Verizon and Hearst will have an even 50/50 split of Complex. Rich Antoniello, CEO and co-founder, will stay on to lead Complex.*
