Karen Gillan will star as the self-absorbed Eliza Dooley, who ABC describes as having "263,000 followers who hang on to her every post, tweet and selfie."
Her marketing pal Henry, played by John Cho from
Star Trek Into Darkness, will guide Eliza on her journey to connect with people in the real world rather than just online.
