Daughtry posted a few sneak peaks at the artwork on his Instagram a few months ago, following up with an image of the cover in the flesh on March 22.



In an interview with Uproxx, Daughtry said that his bath to becoming a professional comic book artist began when he was a contestant on Idol. He messaged artist Jim Lee on Myspace and the two became friends, their correspondence eventually leading up to the variant cover. Read more...
