Time Warner Cable looks to Apple to improve its terrible reputation

Its customer satisfaction is incredibly low, ranking second to last behind only Comcast (http://bgr.com/2013/05/21/american-isp-customer-satisfaction-rankings/) in a survey taken last year. Its customer service is routinely criticized and it*tied with AT&T (http://bgr.com/2014/02/25/att-customer-service-ranking-time-warner-cable/) for the worst customer service in a**ther survey earlier this year. Its proposed merger is incredibly unpopular (http://bgr.com/2014/03/03/comcast-time-warner-cable-merger-2/), with only 6% of consumers approving (http://bgr.com/2014/02/18/comcast-time-warner-cable-merger-study/) of the deal. This bad reputation is beginning to hurt TWC, too, as it lost 825,000 pay TV subscribers last year (http://bgr.com/2014/01/30/time-warner-cable-q4-2013/).
