In between the chaos of Trump's press conferences and the trauma of the Senate confirmation hearings, it can be difficult for voices of dissent to be heard.

Thankfully, there are people like Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-Illi**is) who delivered a memorable and fiery speech to the house floor this Tuesday explaining why he wouldn't be attending this year's inauguration.

Gutierrez, who is Lati**, explained that he had attended inaugurations in his past including George Bush's, but this year was different.*

"This is different. I knew that George W. Bush and I would disagree on many issues . . . But I never thought that George Bush was trying to make my own country hostile to me, personally, to my wife, my daughters, to my grandson," Gutierrez said.
