Bethesda Softworks' long-promised plan to let amateur programmers create their own Fallout 4 (http://mashable.com/category/fallout-4/?utm_campaign=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial&utm_cid=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial)*content and play it on consoles — a first for the ****** — is finally getting rolling.
Starting Tuesday, Fallout 4*players on PC can grab the game's "Creation Kit" tools — the same ones Bethesda used to build the game — from the Bethesda.net launcher (http://download.cdp.bethesda.net/BethesdaNetLauncher_Setup.exe). To start creating content, you'll also need to grab the v1.5 update (currently in beta) for Fallout 4*by following the instructions here (https://bethesda.net/#en/events/game/fallout-4-creation-kit/2016/04/26/114).

While playing with user-created content is restricted to PC players for **w, console support isn't far off. Xbox One users get mods first, starting in May. Then, PlayStation 4 users get in on the fun in June. Read more... (http://mashable.com/2016/04/26/fallout-4-mod-tools-release-consoles/)
