Zayn Malik leaps into Gigi Hadid's heart with special 21st birthday cake

Hadid loved the cake, which also featured some cool stripes and a delightful bed of fondant flowers.
We assume the jumping horse is meant to symbolize Hadid's leap from her twentieth year to her long-awaited twenty-first. Also, she is an avid horseback rider.
Hadid tweeted "he wins ;)" alongside a photo of the cake (Good job, Zayn!), but Malik did have some birthday competition.
