Woman who stopped a cop from shooting her dog goes free

A West Virginia mother was acquitted late last month after facing obstruction charges for stepping between her dog and an ******r who looked prepared to kill it.*
Tiffanie Hupp, 23, ran between West Virginia State Trooper Seth Cook and her dog, Buddy, after Cook pulled a gun on the dog in May 2015.

Hupp's husband, Ryan, used his cellphone to record video of the incident, which he put online weeks later (http://www.wvgazettemail.com/article/20160301/GZ01/160309942). In the video, as seen above, Buddy comes up to the ******r and barks while wagging his tail. Hupp runs between them, and the ******r spins her around.
