Seventy-two players and 12 teams of six each participated in this FIQ-style competition organized by the Overseas Filipi** Bowling Club in celebration of the 117th anniversary of Phillippine Independence Day. When the dust settled, Taurus-Simaron scored a near-sweep of the seven events contested, missing only the ladies singles and ladies Masters in its five titles haul.
