Compromis sur la transposition de la directive médiation
SOSConso. Le comité de pilotage de la médiation, présidé par le député Christophe Caresche (PS, Paris) est arrivé à un compromis sur la transposition d’une directive relative au règlement extrajudiciaire des litiges de consommation, vendredi 27 mars.
