The first wasn’t the Vans fault at all that car clearly wasn’t looking in his mirrors before changing lanes. Stopping a truck like that takes a lot and is very risky to slam on your breaks if it is a work truck with tools and parts and expensive material inside. Hyundai 100% at fault

The second crash confuses me. It seems to white car in front of him is also slowing way down. Wouldn’t that mean it was the truck’s fault for not seeing the traffic slow?
Or is it just that the dark car came to a stop to rubberneck (or possibly help) and caused the crash?
If you get into a wreck like this, pull off the road if you can. Don’t just sit there like a jack ass.
