a degree student from Shahabad area of Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh filed a complaint that the principal misbehaved while applying tilak and came to the college after applying it. The police have started the investigation of the case. Amit Yadav, a student of LLB first semester at BN Degree College, Shahbad, met the college principal, Dr. Umar, seriously accused of misconduct with the application of tilak. On Tehsil Social Day, Amit Yadav lodged a complaint with higher officials and demanded justice. Amit Yadav claims that he went to college with tilak. When he heard this, principal dr. Umar asked him to remove the tilak and said that it was a degree college, not a Gurukul. As a result, he became mentally disturbed. As a result, he was unable to complete his LLB first semester examination form. They say that such behavior in the temple of education is a violation of their religious beliefs and rights. Allegations of misbehavior in applying tilak: On getting information about the incident, the president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad city unit, Shubham Bajpayee, minister Arun Gupta and many other activists BN reached the degree college and protested against the misbehavior with the student for applying tilak and submitted his objection to the principal. He also warned that the college is a temple of education and no student should be mistreated on the basis of his religious identity or beliefs. If such an incident is repeated in the future with any student, the organization will be forced to start an agitation. College principal dr. Umar denied all the allegations against him and said that he did not stop any student from applying tilak nor did he make any comment on the matter.
