Two bailiffs from the court and the shooter are believed to be dead following the incident, WWMT reports, which began shortly after 2:30 p.m. local time. Michigan State Police secured the area at around 3:30 p.m. local time, according to Michigan Gover**r Rick Snyder. Footage posted to YouTube showed emergency services rushing to the scene.
