Is Kylie Jenner as out of control as recent reports seem to indicate? In the last month or so she has come under fire for her vamped up look, dating Tyga, a man much older than her and then there was that recent Snapchat where Jenner herself sure sounded like she said that she was high. Put all of these things together and at the very least you have a 17-year-old that is doing everything in her power to grow up as quickly as possible. While the family seems to have supported Jenner's romance with Tyga, we're **w hearing that they actually are starting to voice some concerns about it.
