Dubai Is **w Home to the World's Busiest International Airport

For the first time, Dubai has outranked Heathrow as the World's Busiest airport for International travel.

Dubai received 67.3 million International passengers from February 2013 to February 2014, while Heathrow received 66.9 million, according to Airports Council International (ACI).

Dubai's growth has been rapid. Only a decade ago, the Airport ranked 45th in the world, according to The New York Times. Dubai's International connections have grown so quickly in large part because of its location.
