Who does Negan kill? Well, it won't surprise anyone to learn that the first Season 7 footage doesn't clear anything up on that front. Instead, we see flashback footage from all the potential victims during all their years on the show, all the while seeing Negan's bat trailing over all of them. (Yes, there is one moment where we see the bat dripping with blood, which doesn't exactly bode...well.)
