Diplomats said on Wednesday, Russia is pushing for the issue of Syria's alleged past Nuclear activities to be ******* from the agenda of the U.N. atomic agency's board. The diplomats said, western members of the 35-nation board of the International Atomic Energy Agency are against the Russian initiative as they believe Damascus should be kept under pressure to cooperate with the IAEA's long-stalled inquiry. As in previous meetings Over the last six years, Syria will be debated by the IAEA board later this week during a quarterly Meeting of the governing body, even though there has been little movement on the file since 2011.
