Madinah hotel evacuated after fire
All 150 guests were safely evacuated after a fire broke out in a hotel in Madinah on Tuesday. Madinah Civil Defense spokesman Col. Khalid Al-Jihani said firefighting units contained the fire before it spread. He added that the fire was caused by a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in one of the hotel rooms and that the hotel management was able to evacuate the guests without incident.
