Daniel Craig plans to lighten up Bond
</p>Daniel Craig said he wants to lighten up James Bond in his next film outing. The Wirral actor, who this year steered Skyfall to the $1bn (آ£644m) mark for the first time in the franchiseâ??s history, told Vulture Magazine that heâ??s looking to bring some of the humour back to the role. â??Hopefully weâ??ll reclaim some of the old irony,â?* Daniel said, â??and make sure it doesnâ??t become pastiche.â?* The next film â?? due to ht cinema screens in November 2015 â?? is set to feature more of Moneypenny, in the form of Naomie Harris, and Ben Whishaw â?? who was reborn as technical wizard Q. Ralph Fiennes is the new M â?? after featuring as former SAS lieutenant colonel Gareth Mallory in the last instalment. Sam Mendes will be back in the directorâ??s chair and Daniel, 45, is contracted to star in at least two more Bond films. Daniel, who learnt his trade watching the actors at the Everyman, said he wants to bring back some of the light to add to the gritty shade he championed in Casino Royale. But donâ??t expect those cheesy Roger Moore one liners just yet…â??I canâ??t do shtick, Iâ??m not very good at it,â?* he said. â??Unless it kind of suddenly makes sense. Does that make sense?
