Google has joined Netflix in Grading how well U.S. ISPs stream Video on the Internet.

Google's Video Quality Report is **w available in the U.S., highlighting which Internet service providers (ISPs) provide the best Video Streaming quality.

The report is **t an explicit indictment of IPSs as having sole responsibility for problems with Streaming video, but does mirror actions taken by Netflix — which has left little doubt that it believes companies like Comcast and Verizon should be held responsible for poor service.
