LAHORE: A 12-year-old boy was allegedly tortured to death in the Bhati Gate police limits Tuesday. police have removed the body to morgue for autopsy and started investigation. The victim yet to be identified was found dead in a park. Locals informed police which reached the crime scene and collected forensic evidence. police said it seemed the victim was a drug-addict and he had some scuffle with other addict. However, autopsy would help in resolving the motive behind the killing. Meanwhile, a 21-year-old man was killed by a speeding vehicle in the Bhati Gate police limits. The victim has been identified as Raheel while the driver escaped.
